...MoreWith over 15 years of experience in education, Dr. LeKeisha Jackson has a keen interested in the areas of STEM, Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Development, Curriculum and Instruction, Project Management, Succession Planning, and Institutional Research and Development. Having taught in the public school system as a science teacher for 5 years, she increased student attrition and interested through the use of hands on practices, latest technology, and mentoring. Having served on a special task-force she collaborated with various departments to create a transitional workbook for critical areas that was adopted by the county. Serving as experienced educational consultant, curriculum developer, instructional facilitator, project and programs manager, Dr. Jackson has worked in higher education for over 10 years in positions within the divisions of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs. Her love for community service and academia is exhibited through active participation with the following organizations: Phi Kappa Phi, The Junior League of Atlanta, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Dr. Jackson currently serves as a Student Life Advisor at Georgia State University.
