He had his secondary school certificates from Federal Govt. College, Sokoto,(972 - 1973)and Govt. Secondary School,Formerly ECWA/SIM Secondary School, Billiri, Gombe State(1968 - 1971) and primary education at Ogbomoso Grammar School, Ogbomoso, Oyo state, Nigeria between 1965 - 1966.He currently lectures chemistry courses and supervises students' research work at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. A scholar with over thirty years of experience, has interest in Natural Product chemistry.
