    I consult with organisations to remove inequalities for women resulting from organising work processes and to improve women's visibility as skilled and experienced professionals. I offer independent research skills founded on traditional ethnographic and Social Network Analysis methods. I am also available as an expert speaker for diversity and inclusion particularly for male-dominated professions. I conduct workshops for women to improve their professional visibility.
