I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in Advanced Bioethics in the Department of Bioethics at Cleveland Clinic where I perform clinical ethics consultations and perform research. I received my PhD in Healthcare Ethics from Duquesne University, my MA in Philosophy from the University of Missouri at St. Louis, and my BA in Philosophy from Greenville College in Illinois. My primary research interests are in transplantation ethics, end of life ethics, cultural competence, and how these areas interact with health policy, law, and political philosophy. I have several publications in peer-reviewed journals in these areas, along with several publications in the area of environmental ethics.
