He received his BFA in ceramics from Hong-Ik University, Seoul, Korea and his MFA in graphic design from Indiana University in Bloomington. His thesis was on interactive graphic design (designing digital learning spaces). His work includes digital multimedia design projects, such as websites, Flash movies, Director movies, and digital video editing. He also runs a bookbinding club.
