...MoreI am a PhD student specialising in the philosophy of art. My thesis subject is on the relationship between art and supporting material. My key theoretical interests are in Kant, Heidegger, Deleuze, Benjamin, Adorno, and Derrida. Prior to this I gained a Masters degree in Fine Art, and a Bachelor's degree in Art & Visual Culture. I have been working at the University of the West of England for the last seven years, lecturing and tutoring in the philosophy of art.
I have presented a paper at the 'Society for European Philosophy' conference, and will be presenting a paper at the International Deleuze Conference in Istanbul this July.
