Jessica Jacobs is an Assistant Professor in the Business & Entrepreneurship Department at Columbia College Chicago. She has a BS in Film from Northwestern University and an MFA in Photography from Savannah College of Art and Design. Jessica is an artist, designer and entrepreneur with extensive management experience in marketing and communication. At Columbia, Jessica teaches courses in design management and information management. She previously served as a full-time faculty member at Colby-Sawyer College and St. Norbert College, where she taught courses in graphic design, photography, and new media. In addition, Jessica has industry experience as a director of marketing and communications. She currently operates her own design and photography studio where she creates print and electronic materials for a variety of clients in the corporate, non-profit and education sectors.
