    Dr. Aldridge is the Director of Organizational Management & Leadership Programs for the Division of Business and Technology with the College of Adult and Graduate Studies (CAGS) at CCU. In addition John also serves on CCU’s 403B Finance Oversight and Centennial Committees and develops graduate curriculum for the Master in Organizational Leadership and Master in Business Administration Programs for the Division of Business & Technology.

GEMS is a Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) intervention involving collaborative learning methodologies enabling the sharing and transferring of knowledge assets (operational procedures, practices and policies including SOx compliance).
