  I am a PhD student at the University of Central Florida in the Texts and Technology program. In 2016, I received and MA in Film Studies from the University of South Florida, followed by an MLA in Interdisciplinary Studies from USF Saint Petersburg. In my research, I work at the intersection of media ecology and posthumanism through the analysis of artificial intelligence and technological determinism on and off screen. My creative and scholarly interests include the creation of digital media projects as forms of teaching pedagogy and academic scholarship.
