Haruka UEDA is a Ph.D. candidate in Graduate School of Agriculture in Kyoto University, Japan. His educational backgrounds include food science and biotechnology as well as agricultural economics. His research mainly deals with food education from interdisciplinary perspectives, and his current focus is put on taste (sensory) education in Japan-France-Italy comparative perspectives.
