  Dr. Sutter studies and teaches about sustainability through the Royal Saskatchewan Museum and the University of Regina. His goal as a researcher is to foster sustainable forms of community and regional development by enhancing what we know about the resilience of social and ecological systems. His areas of interest include understanding how linked eco-social systems respond to stress, and the development of cultural indicators that provide individuals, institutions and communities with reliable feedback about their choices and actions.
