...MoreFrank Habermann has more than fifteen years academic and professional experience in knowledge management, organizational development and business process management. From 1994, he was a senior researcher at the German Institute for Artificial Intelligence at Saarland University (www.dfki.de) as well as a Visiting Professor at Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Dublin, Ireland (www.smurfitschool.ie). From 2000 to 2008 he worked in several top management positions for IMC AG (www.im-c.com), Europe’s leading full service provider for e-learning. For the European Foundation of Management Development in Brussels (www.efmd.org) he supervised the certification of ICT-based educational programs for international Corporate Universities and Business Schools. Early 2009 Frank Habermann founded Becota – The Berlin Consulting and Talent Association (www.becota.com). In summer 2009, Frank Habermann has been appointed as a Professor for Business Process Management at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (www.hwr-berlin.de). His current research focuses organizational learning and change management.
