Francia Kinchington is an Education Consultant (Leadership, Development and Change). Francia has a psychology and education background and is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society. She has taught in schools and worked as an Officer in local authorities within London including the Research and Statistics division of the Inner London Education Authority (ILEA).. She was appointed to the University of Greenwich in 1992 and has been a Master's and Doctoral Programmes leader in Education and Health. She is an experience doctoral supervisor and examiner with 23 completions across the fields of education and health. She has extentensive international experience within Europe and the Middle East, in School Leader Development and Institutional Improvement and has worked on a number of European Projects including the Learning Teacher Project and subsequent Network and most recently on developing leadership in Higher Education in the Ukraine. She was an accredited assessor for the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers (NPQH) for 10 years during its implementation in England. Having recently retired she is currently involved in doctoral supervision and writing and editing books, most recently: Bradley, C. with Kinchington, F.
