Professor in Education and past Associate Dean (Education), Head of Discipline of Community Studies and Convenor of the Professional Development Program at the University of Canberra (Australia). Francesco has been a Visiting Professor at international universities in UK, USA, Switzerland, China, Italy, Spain and Slovenia. His expertise is in human resource development, publishing six books, co-authoring others, and contributing over forty articles to refereed journals. Francesco’s career goal is to be the best he can in assisting in the learning and development of individuals, teams and organisations. He is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute and past winner of the Best Paper Award at Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management Conference. His current research is in the area of educational leadership, transfer of learning, team performance, emotional competence, decision making, intellectual styles of Chinese leaders and management of research and development cross culturally.
