Faye Lambert has a PhD in the field of Evaluation and Organisational Change, advanced training in ontological leadership and coaching and specialised qualifications in program evaluation. She has a passion for organisational improvement and learning and has presented and published nationally and internationally in the fields of leadership and team development; program evaluation and change; and teaching and learning. Working in senior leadership roles, Faye has been responsible for comprehensive program and management restructure and staff development programs which build skills and positive, creative cultures. Faye began her consulting career at KPMG Management Consulting (Organisational Change Group) and later at the Centre for Program Evaluation at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Currently, as Director of Whitespace Associates, Faye works across the corporate and not-for-profit sectors delivering leadership and team development programs; evaluating major change inititiatives; coaching and and training coaches.
