  Emily Shupe graduated from Western Illinois University with BS from FCS majoring in dietetics, then she attended St. Louis University for her post graduate internship in dietetics where she completed requirements to become a registered dietitian. Post internship Emily continued at St. Louis University as a graduate assistant in the department of dietetics and completed her MS in nutrition with an emphasis in geriatrics. She recently completed her PhD in management through Walden University. Dr. Shupe is currently an instructor at Western Illinois University in the Department of Dietetics, Fashion Merchandising, and Hospitality. Emily is a registered and licensed dietitian and is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and the Illinois Dietetic Association. Less
