I am a PhD candidate based in the arts at Sheffield Hallam University. My research is concerned with the use of art-making practice as a reflexive tool to critically explore, examine, and elucidate less visible - implicit - aspects of organisational life. I have a background as an Art Psychotherapist with an MA in the Psychoanalysis of Groups and Organisations, and have contributed to both psychoanalytic and art psychotherapy literature. As Associate Lecturer I regularly contribute to the teaching programme at the Art Therapy Northern Programme, based in Sheffield, England.
