Dr. David Randle serves as Managing Director of the Blue Community Consortium, a UNWTO Affiliate and UNWTO Sustainable Tourism Observatory. For six years he directed the Sustainble Tourism concentration for the USF Patel College of Global Sustaibility. He serves as president & CEO of the WHALE Center and Managing Director of the Internatonal Ocean Institute Waves of Change Initiative, as a member of the Global Sustainble Tourism Council (GSTC) Board of Directors, as a member of the GSTC Knowlede, Networking, Education, and Training group, and on the board of directors of the Florida Society for Ethical Ecoturism.
