  I am currently a researcher at the University of Hamburg, Germany. I have previosuly been senior lecturer at the University of the West of England, as visiting scholar at Columbia University, Seoul National University, the University of Tsukuba, and UNAM. I have been senior foreign policy adviser to the committe of foreign affairs of the Argentine National Congress and trained diplomats at the foreign service schools of Mexico and Costa Rica.
