  Chia-Ming Yen is currently the Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Medical Center of Aging Research, China Medical University Hospital in Tai-Chung Taiwan. She has taught many years as a lecturer in university in Taiwan. Her research interests were initally started from Adult Teaching and Adult Learning and Women and Gender's Education. Recent years she has expanded her research focus on Aging Studies and Elderly Health and Care with special references to dementia caregiving. As the society of Taiwan and the worldwide are now facing various issues resulted from dramatic demography changes of older population, further studies both from healthcare professionals and researchers are urged and needed from academic fields to help us constructing a better life.
