  Chanadra Young-Whiting, Ed.D., MPH, CHES, is a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Bachelor's of Health Services Administration program. She received her Ed.D in Healthcare Education, Nova South Eastern University, Davie, FL.; her MPH/HSA, Barry University, Miami FL.; her B.S. in Biology, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Tallahassee, FL.;p and her B.S. Medical Technology, Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL. Her area of specialty include working in all levels of education as well as health organizations for over 10 years; with a concentration in childhood obesity and children and adolescent health. Dr. Whiting' s Research interest include Health Education, Promotion, and Prevention. She is currently working on journal publications and writing grants to improve Health and Physical Education in low income schools.
