Christa provides coaching, training, technical assistance and organizational consulting in her role at Butler Institute. She has extensive experience in coaching, training, facilitation and organizational consulting. She has been the project manager on numerous implementation initiatives. She has successfully coached trainers, workers, supervisors, managers in Florida, New York and Colorado. She is an integral part of systems change and successful reform across the country through a lens of focusing on relationships and human potential. Christa has her masters in Social Work through the University of Denver and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado. She was also trained at the Coaching Training Institute, known internationally for being a pioneer in the coaching field and received their Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPSS) designation. She also received her Professional Coaching Certificate (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
