Dr. Carole Dennis is a Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy in Ithaca College, New York. Her clinical practice involved working with infants and toddlers and their families. She has taught courses related to research, practice with children and families, and the effects of culture on health. Her research interests include the effects of climate change on human health and well-being. She has published about the importance of developing sustainable practice in occupational therapy, and has worked within the American Occupational Therapy Association to advocate for the role of occupational therapists in the sustainability movement, within practice, education, and policy.
