I am Beatrice Macharia, a female aged 54 years and a graduate trained teacher from Kenyatta University, Nairobi. CEMASTEA where i work is an Inservice Education and training (INSET) institiution that offers inservice education and training to teachers of mathematics and science. The main business in the institution is training and i am the deputy coordinator of training in the institution. I am also a member of the research and development in the organization. I have worked for the institution for the last 12 years where my area of training is mathematics. I am also involved in planning, organizing and implenting workshops for education stakeholders. I am also involved in curiculum development that include developing traing modules and teaching/learning resources. I am also involved in conducting research, data analysis and report writing among other activities in the institution.
