Bethany Hinds completed her undergraduate degree in Art History at the University of Queensland in 2014 before undertaking a postgraduate Masters degree in Museum Studies, graduating in 2017. As a component of her masters, she completed a dissertation exploring the theoretical parameters of museum conservation. She has participated in field schools and internships within the heritage industry, both in her home city of Brisbane Australia, and overseas. Her primary research interests include the theory of object conservation and community engagement in the context of the museum.
