Avi Ben P. Andalecio, a native of Odiongan, Romblon, was a Youth For Christ Missionary under Couples For Christ Global Missions. He earned the degree of BS in Commerce major in Tourism Management at Far Eastern University, Cum Laude. He earned his M.A. in Public Administration degree at the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas where he also graduated Cum Laude. He was the youngest in his batch to finish his masters at the age of 23 and he consider it as a blessing and an opportunity to testify that with Jesus Christ, nothing is impossible. He was an Assistant Professor 1 at Centro Escolar University, College of Nutrition and Hospitality Management and is currently with the Lyceum of the Philippines University, College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management and the University of Santo Tomas, College of Tourism and Hospitality Management. As an advocate of responsible tourism and sustainable development at his young age, with the invitation of an NGO based in Belgrade, Serbia, he was able to orally present his research paper in an international research conference for sustainable development in Malaysia. Avi is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Public Administration at the UST Graduate School.
