...MoreI am an International Procurement & Corporate Affairs Manager for Plem Construction Limited. I am involved in sourcing, purchasing and export of construction materials and equipment from various overseas markets to Malawi and Zambia as well as international banking transactions. I was born in India, brought up in Malawi, studied in the UK and now work in Dubai and South Africa. I am especially passionate about tourism research in Southern Africa. Earlier, I studied tourism entrepreneurship for my Masters' thesis on how entrepreneurs explore business opportunities at the University of Edinburgh. I have researched entrepreneurial activity in Malawi for conference proceedings in Italy, Poland and Hawaii. I would like to continue to promote Southern African tourism as an independent researcher in front of global academic audiences. I love travel, photography and meeting individuals from different cultures. My dream is to travel round the world and visit as many countries as possible.
