  Dr. Anna Szabados works as the co-funder and Chief Creative Officer of Vision2Action, an organization dedicated to strategic creativity training. Previously she worked as the Dean of Arts and Humanities at Santa Rosa Junior College, and as the Dean of the School of Arts, Communication and New Media at Salt Lake Community College. Dr Szbados also served as the Director of the Northern California New Media Center in Silicon Valley, California. The Center provided networking opportunities for college faculty, students and industry partners and created industry responsive courses and programs. Dr. Szabados earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Design an M.A in Fine Art and an Ed.D in Educational Leadership in Higher Education. Spent 15 years in industry as a designer, art director and advertising manager for a number of major corporations including GE and Teledyne. Dr. Szabados developed over 30 new courses and 9 programs. Her work has been published in the Encyclopedia of Multimedia Technology & Networking. She presented in Argentina, England, Switzerland, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Spain and Canada. She is an award winning designer and educator.
