Professor of the Post-Graduate Program in Constitutional Law and the Law Course from University of Fortaleza. She holds a law degree from the Federal University of Ceará (1994), LL.M from the Law School of the University of Toronto (2009), a PhD in Law from University of São Paulo (2000) and a Post-Doctorate from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations of Cornell University (2007).
She coordinates the Center for Studies in Labor Law and Social Security at the University of Fortaleza.
Her current research deals with issues pertaining to labor law, international law and human rights. Her works focuses on issues related to trade union rights, precarious and vulnerable work and fundamental labor rights.
She has been researching the regulation of precarious work since 2010 with the study of legal protection of domestic work.
On the subject of precarious work, the teacher published a series of studies in specialized periodicals
