Anh Pham is an Associate at the School of Global, Urban, and Social Science at RMIT University, Australia. Her thesis focuses on cross-border higher education and workforce skill development in Vietnam. Her research grows out of her work experience as an partnership liaison, placement coordinator and program manager for Singaporean, UK and UNESCO-CEP programs in HCMC, Vietnam since 2006. Her interest on partnership model was motivated from her internship at RMIT International College-Foundation Study Program in 2012. Her passion is initiating innovative pathways for an inclusive international education to disadvantage groups in developing countries.
