  I am a junior gender practitioner, originally from Gothenburg, Sweden. I moved to Ottawa, Canada in April 2019 and am currently a trainee at the European Union Delegation to Canada. I have several years of experience from the youth civil society in Sweden and Scandinavia where I led projects together with the Red Cross Sweden. I have also worked with feminist political advocacy during my time as a member of the national board of the Young Feminists of Sweden (youth organization to Sweden's Feminist political party). My academic background is in pol.science with a MA in gender studies. In July 2018 I finished the process of writing my first scholarly chapter to be published in the forthcoming Advances in Gender Research Vol. 28 about my experiences from working as a young gender practitoner with knowledge management at the UN headquarters in NYC.
