I hope that Albedo Enhacement (AE) will get a mention. There is a method to offset temperature increases in the use of massive AE. 1 sq km of white roofs with an Radiative Forcing of -50 W/m2 will approximately offset 36,000 tons of atmospheric carbon for its duration and cool by 1,200,000 kWhr per day in that area. Calculations are shown in the MDPI Climate Journal of Mar 7th author Lightburn. Fertilization of the Southern Ocean to create 22,848,000 million sq km of cloud with RF only -25 W/m2 will offset all the Earth Energy Imballance (EEI) of 1.12 W/m2 of mid 2019. I am an excellent leader, as demonstrated in a lifetime of devoted service. I was squad leader in the military and leader in many semiconductor fabs. As you see I am a leader in all areas’ of Environmental policy. I lead a team of around thirty scientific PhD’s who participate in Expert and Government Review of the IPCC reports for the Global Change part of the National Academy of Science. Dr. Mike Kupersberg, the head of the Global Change Group in 2019 entrusted me to put this team together in 2019. We review their reports and propose changes with much success. Basically they published loosely references manuscripts in Nature Climate Change between 2012 and June of 2020. During this time Nature Climate Change had as their Chief Editor a PhD in Political Science. We notified their board in June of 2020 and he was fired. The IPCC then references these manuscripts which wouldn’t have been published anywhere else after peer review.
We also reviewed the NCA5 NOAA report. It is the same nonsense just copied and sometimes reworded. Last January we reviewed the first Environmental Policy for The USA. We put information for the book in it to make changes in it.
The team members are mostly University Professors and the Professor who wrote Unsettled. This book clearly shows the IPCC models wont predict anything correctly because they are not benchmarked with available data.
