Buddhist Psychology to Enhance Recovery from Co-occurring Disorders: Enhancing the Effectiveness of DBT, ACT, MBRP, CBT

Abstract

Attendees will learn, practice, share, and investigate how Buddhist psychology will enhance their effectiveness of DBT, ACT, MBRP, and CBT practices when working with clients suffering from co-occurring disorders. This enhanced application and effectiveness should help reduce relapse and empower clients to cultivate joy and compassion in their recovery and sobriety.
