Abstract
Throughout one’s life, they face challenges of various sorts. Some challenges are daily, run-of-the-mill hurdles; others can drastically change their life. The more life-changing the challenge, the more imperative it is to have a strong sense of gratitude. Studies have shown that gratitude provides a “shield”, allowing them to handle those obstacles more successfully. I created a moving, entertaining, and practical session that provides participants with a three-step process that they can implement that very day and increase their gratitude, positivity, and resilience so they can benefit themselves, their family members, friends, and colleagues, and more.
