Abstract
This study considers the logic of the signifier structures the subjectivity of each individual, whom, affected by language, we call as subject; a subject of the unconscious; the discourse of the Other. Therefore, it has a significant relationship with the suffering/discomfort of the patient in the psychotherapeutic/psychoanalytic clinic, as well as in their well-being and healing. The symptoms are subjective and are the effect of the signifier on the body of our analysand is commonly known socially as a patient; classified as deviant, affected, inverted, or excluded from a norm. They are rejected or shown indifference.
