Abstract
Much has been said about use of cannabis and/or CBD for a variety of neurologic disorders. What do we really know, and how does it work? We discuss the range of illnesses for which we have data and experience. We introduce a framework for thinking about illnesses and symptoms and how cannabis can be used to address them. We discuss several cases that illustrate these approaches. We debunk numerous myths and provide clarity on realistic expectations of cannabis therapeutics.
