Abstract
Mental toughness is the ability to stick to something when the going gets tough. People with high levels of mental toughness can push beyond obstacles in their lives and forge a path towards work-life harmony. Resolving the root cause to limiting beliefs is necessary to create a foundation to build and sustain mental toughness that leads to better work-life harmony. The solution is implemented from healthier core habits and disciplines from this foundation of higher level of confidence. It’s then using the eight pillars of wellness to sustain your progress with work-life harmony over time. Attendees will learn to apply the two habits that will change the quality of their well-being long-term. Attendees will understand how to use the 8 pillars of wellness to align work-life harmony in their lives.
