Analysis of the Current System for the Design of Jobs: Metal-Mechanical Manufacturing Industry of Guadalajara, Jal

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to understand the current systems for the design of jobs in organizations where ergonomics are part of the criteria for the creation, modification and redesign of jobs, and to evaluate their effectiveness with the somatogram tools, anthropometric measurements, and express goniometry in calculations of classical physics. Regarding methodology, a quasi-experimental study is considered, since a server depended on the specific quantity and specific positions for the evaluation of the same, using statistical methods of CHI2 and the establishment of statistical hypotheses. The contribution to Health at Work at the origin and insertion of the multidisciplinary teams of this reception document leads to the beginning of the change in the federal regulations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare so that more professions are opened and added in order to benefit the employer and the worker by offering better physical, social, and economic labor conditions that result in the day to day work that we are committed to growing through the economy and productivity of companies.
