Abstract
In the fourth industrial revolution, workplaces will have to diversify their workforce in order to reach more diverse markets and participate in sustainable development. This requires a diversity strategy directed towards health and wellness workplace programmes, as well as efforts linking the two to ensure a more productive and sustainable workplace. Diversifying health and wellness is not only about people; the intersectionality with environment and technology as workplace spaces are changing, and more global spaces are opening through freelance employment, online offices, and technology which enhance production and intelligences. We will discuss how health and wellness can be more diversity sensitive.
