Abstract

According to an article in Forbes magazine, “60% of Americans have an unhealthy work-life-balance. Also 46% if respondents report never having time to relax and almost all agreed there was never enough time in the day.Overwhelmed with Life? Do you find it difficult to balance-Work-Home-Life? Do you feel like you have failed this rollercoaster ride of trying to be everything to everyone? Are you ready to get off the ride and finally Start Living? If you answered Yes to any or all of these questions then you are in the right place. I have been there and done that, trying to be a good wife, mother, employer, student, daughter, friend, and everything in between. I literally would cry myself to work and back everyday for two years because I was overwhelmed and stressed out. Trying to the do it the way my mother and grandmother did it. They made it look so effortless and easy working, keeping a clean house, dinner on the table every night, taking care of the kids and the man. It just seems impossible, redundant, and endless. This workshop wll hep you diminish the facad of a “perfect life,” find the perfect balance for your life, and get focused so you can be the best version of “you” for yourself and everyone you encounter.
