The goal of this paper is to develop an outline for customer requirements in the architecture industry. The paper uses the Kano model as a reference to identify and recognize the types of customers. This paper is based on the relationship of architect, designer, and customer. The discussion first outlines the Kano model and how the customers are categorized by this model. Second, it reviews the types of customers that can be identified by the architects - satisfied, dissatisfied, and delighted.
