Abstract

This study examines sustainability in the building sector with an emphasis on the social, environmental, and economic pillars. It offers a thorough review of the theoretical underpinnings and real-world applications, examining governmental initiatives, sustainability-promoting policies, and obstacles to sustainability. In addition, it assesses environmental evaluation techniques and provides a public building case study, demonstrating the applicability of sustainable practices in practical projects.
