Conceptualising Net Zero Development Pathways in a Framework

Abstract

This paper explores a framework for realizing net zero development pathways in the developing world. It studies the nationally determined contributions (NDCs) of the developing country parties of the Paris Agreement (PA) and figures out a conceptual framework to leapfrog into sustainable development paths in the developing world. A grounded theory approach is used for this work. The study provides policy inputs for the 28th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP).
