Enabling Sustainable Living: A Comprehensive Study on the Development of Smart Housing

Abstract

The concept of smart cities is becoming increasingly popular in urban areas around the world, with many cities striving to create smarter and more efficient urban environments. One of the core elements of a smart city is housing, as it provides an important foundation for various aspects of urban life. This paper examines the role of housing in smart cities and explores how various countries are leveraging technological advancements to improve the quality of housing. It also discusses different strategies for creating affordable and sustainable housing in smart cities and examines the potential for housing to contribute to economic, social, and environmental sustainability. Finally, this paper identifies the challenges faced by cities in developing smart housing and proposes potential solutions.
