Abstract
In this session we compare and contrast (on a spectrum of non-polarity), dominant, hegemonic organizational worldviews with traditional wisdom from cross-cultural sources. This spectrum illuminates a way forward as to how we can leverage traditional kincentric wisdom to move towards and build emergent organizations of the future that are resilient, adaptive and truly regenerative. The goal is to provide a contextual framework for leaders and organizations to reference for the progressive evolution of interconnected, enterprise focused on the immediate and longterm future.
