Abstract
This study considers the design and building eco-parks using clean energy, in order to promote indigenous culture, and striving for environmental sustainability and achieving global standards, given the important role of ecoparks in the development process. Innovative research institutes and companies are part of this process. Other issues, such as the context and development trends in the country due to the existing environmental problems, as well as the increasing impacts of population and the rapid growth of technology, and consequently the increase in consumption and production of various types of waste and domestic and industrial wastewater, are among reasons and necessities. The present study first deals with various definitions of ecopark, sustainability issues, indigenous culture and renewable energies, and after examining external and internal case samples, the theoretical framework of the study is formulated. In addition, a detailed approach to identifying and analyzing the target area, including physical and climatic analysis and SWAT analysis are extracted and design strategies and policies are reviewed. In this study, using a descriptive-analytical qualitative research method with a naturalistic contextual approach in attempt to create a multidisciplinary model centering indigenous culture and creating recreational-educational space by maintaining sustainable principles. As we make optimum use of the environment and represent the northern entrance to Tehran, and the final design of the ecopark is revealed.
