Abstract
An exploration of the foundations required to establish effective contemporary learning in K-12 schools. The paper focuses on the elements of culture, pedagogy and differentiation necessary for hybrid learning today. The overview uses the presenter’s successful experience in transforming lagging traditional schools into centres of excellence in online and direct teaching.
