Abstract

Millennial food trends are heavily influenced by social media along with political and cultural correctness. This also impacts the global food trade and commodity trends. The paper attempts to synthesize evidence of the influence of ethnic food preferences on multilateral trade agreements and trends. The research covers North America and South Asia and presents data over a time period of ten years from 2010 to 2020.
