Acceptability of Horse Radish Food Wrapper

Horse radish is scientifically called as “Moringa oleifera .” It is a kind of vegetable which considered by the Filipinos as the powerful and most nutritious plant in the world. Its leaves and immature green pod as well are commonly used as ingredients in preparing dishes of Filipinos. Its leaves increase on the lactation of a nursing mother. Horseradish is contained beneficial nutrients and phytochemicals. Its well-known pungent odor works so well as a food additive. The leaves immature green pod of this vegetable are commonly used as ingredients in preparing different dishes. To give variation on the preparation of this leafy vegetable the researchers thought of another food product and made as food wrapper. This will be used in preparing food products which need to be wrapped such as shanghai, lumpia , siomai, omelet, etc.

I am the Chairperson of the Bachelor of Technical-Teacher Education , College of Education, Tarlac State University , Philippines. I finished my Bachelor's degree in Home Technology in 1988 and pursued Master's degree on Guidance & Counseling. My doctorate degree is Doctor of Education major in Industrial Education Management.I am a full pledge Professor teaching in the college level and in graduate school as well. I am a national Accreditor under the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges & Universities in the Philippines. I am actively indulged on research & extension in our institution. I have presented my papers locally and internationally. My studies were published refereed in international journals. I am the current President of a professional organization (HETTOP) and member of the Philippine Association of University Women.
