Abstract
During past centuries, human society’s enterprises to purge people (individual and society) from depravity and to eliminate guilt and fight with every kind of crimes by using religious methods. Since these rules didn’t have any renovation or changed based on people’s routine necessities, by recent developments in technology and different sciences, material and humanistic view point dominated based on gaining more benefits and pleasures in different subjects of law. In modern society mysticism has the tendency to be low in terms of religion. We should reconsider and use this energy in different juratory fields and in particular for preventing crimes and social harms. Moreover, we should represent essential solutions about every problem.
